Invisalign® aligners 

This treatment can be used in malocclusions of  kids, teenagers and adults both in mixed and permanent dentition . This treatment provides a 3D simulation of tooth movement, based on the treatment plan created by orthodontist (CAD phase). The first step, after a first visit and a clinical examination is represented by the collection of some records,  photographs of the face and dentition, a digital scan of the teeth and two digital radiographs at low dose. After the critical evaluation of the 3D simulation made by Dr. Garino, aligners are then produced (CAM phase). The treatment consists is one or more  series of clear aligners, made to obtain the sequence of movements provided by the virtual simulation in the patient’s mouth. Drs. Garino are Invisalign certified since 2001 have completed more then 1200 cases , Dr Garino lectures and have trained hundred of orthodontists both in Italy and around the world about this technique.

Smiling every step of the way

When you begin your treatment with aligners, you will wear each set of custom-made aligners in two-week increments. As you progress through the series of aligners, your teeth will begin moving, little by little, gradually moving towards the projected final position.

During this time you will have check-ups with Dr. Garino in order to monitor your progress and ensure you are comfortable with the treatment and, at the same time at each appointment you will receive new aligners to complete progressively the orthodontic treatment.

As a general rule the cost is comparable to traditional fixed braces. Prices for a treatment can vary between 3.000 – 5.000 € in average but a defined quotation will be given to you once your case has been studied by dr Garino after a first visit and a virtual plan is made.
